About

I’ve spent my career operating at the edge of ambiguity stepping into early-stage startups and scaling companies to help convert momentum into durable systems. From a small college in Lucknow to building across countries, my journey has been unconventional but intentional. I’ve worked across product, growth, fundraising, and operations often in roles that weren’t clearly defined, but mattered deeply to the business. Earlier, I was Chief of Staff at Intract.io, where I worked closely with the leadership team to build operating cadence, scale teams, and translate founder intent into execution in a fast-moving Web3 environment. Prior to that, I was part of the founding team at SaaSPay, helping scale the company from 0 to $2M in annual transaction value within 8 months, and held product and growth roles at SAWO Labs and Spyne. Most recently, I worked at Hike, supporting leadership on new initiatives as the company balanced a scaled core business with multiple parallel bets. That experience sharpened how I think about alignment, decision-making, and system design at scale. Across roles, my core strength has been the same: stepping into messy situations, identifying the real constraint, and building structures that allow good decisions to compound. I’m deeply interested in how companies scale not just quickly, but correctly especially in the Indian context. I care about incentives, operating models, and distribution, and I spend time mentoring early-stage founders and students who are building from zero.
