Over the years, I’ve supported Agile and digital transformations across industries including banking, automotive, education, cybersecurity, networking, AdTech, and marketing. I’ve led programs, coached teams, trained leaders, and facilitated enterprise-wide change using frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban—always keeping people and value at the center. My goal is to support people-centered transformation: where teams have clarity, autonomy, and connection to purpose. Whether facilitating PI Planning or coaching leadership through change, I focus on creating alignment, enabling value, and helping people enjoy the work they do. I'm certified in SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe® Release Train Engineer (RTE), and PMP, and I bring a blend of structure and flexibility to each engagement. I’ve worked across functions—engineering, HR, sales, legal, finance, marketing—and always value the learning that comes from collaboration. More recently, I’ve been exploring how AI tools and practices can complement team workflows, improve collaboration, and enhance individual creativity. I believe transformation is not just about new processes— it’s also about preparing people to work side-by-side with emerging technologies in ways that empower rather than replace.
