• Working under the Dean of Alumni Affairs & Branding, Team Students'​ Alumni Cell strives to establish and nurture the interaction between the Institute and its alumni. It has served as a platform facilitating communication between the current students of IIT Kharagpur and their predecessors. The team works on facets like Networking, Publications and Events with an objective to keep the alumni connected to their Alma Mater and updated about the latest happenings in the Institute. We organize events like the Annual Alumni Meet (Reunion), Regional Student-Alumni Meets, Guest lectures and carry on programmes like the Student Alumni Mentorship Programme to meet our objective.
• Appointed as Public Relations Head , accountable for the initiatives proposed and undertaken by Students’ Alumni Cell.
• Part of the apex executive body of the Students Alumni Cell that leads the student members, creative team and associates.

• Developed and optimized the trading strategies including intraday trading, swing trading, etc. with the help of technical indicators.
• Back-tested the strategies on previous 10 years of historical data to get KPIs like Accuracy, RR ratio, profits, max drawdown, etc.

• Mineral Price Prediction using Deep Learning and Time Series Models
• Developed a Deep learning Model in Tensorflow to predict the price of the companies MicroVision and VanEck Vectors (ETF).
• Used Wavelet Decomposition of the closing series, LSTM architecture and volatility models such as GARCH, ZGARCH, FIGARCH, etc.
• Achieved mean absolute percent error in the range of 2% - 6%, pearson corelation coefficient of 0.986 and mae in the range of 2-3.
• Bank Financial Statement Analysis using Goal Programming
• Used python and various linear algebra libraries to analyze previous 5 years financial statements of all the Banks in Bank Nifty Index.
• Implemented Goal Programming models to optimize on objectives of the banks such as profit maximization, cost minimization, etc.
• Achieved percent increase in range of 0-10% for objectives such as profit maximization, asset maximization, etc. for banks in Bank Nifty.
