• As part of the Behavioral Events Security Products (BESP) division, I lead the Inbound Data Team (IDT), responsible for delivering comprehensive, timely, and accurate data through seamless SaaS integrations and robust data ingestion pipelines. My team’s mission is foundational, enabling upstream Abnormal services with high-quality data for threat detection and analysis, ultimately safeguarding businesses from cyber threats.
• Core Responsibilities and Achievements:
• 1. Lead SaaS integration and ingestion efforts for multiple cloud services including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian, Slack, AWS, and Dropbox, among others.
• 2. Developed and launched the Microsoft 365 1-click integration feature, significantly reducing customer onboarding from up to one week down to approximately two minutes, while eliminating operational overhead for internal teams (GTM, Data Security).
• 3. Delivered integrations critical to multiple Abnormal products, including Unified Account Takeover (UATO), Security Posture Management(SPM), Email-Like Messaging Security (ELMS) and Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR).
• 4. Managed the ingestion infrastructure, scaling to handle millions of entities per day, ensuring seamless integration across diverse SaaS environments and supporting rapid detection and remediation of threats.
• 5. Prioritised enhancements for self-service onboarding, significantly improving customer experience with comprehensive documentation and video tutorials.
