• As the founding Engineering Manager and FDE for the aOS Cognitive Core team in India, I lead the architectural strategy and technical direction for the R&D division. My role balances high-level innovation with forward-deployed execution, ensuring our cognitive architectures translate into scalable, production-ready solutions for critical customer pipelines. I spearheaded the end-to-end organizational growth of the R&D center, scaling the team from the ground up into multiple high-velocity engineering pods.

• Architecture & Technical Strategy: Defining the roadmap and technical direction for the aOS Cognitive Core, focusing on building resilient, modular AI-native components that power Amdocs' next-generation autonomous operations.
• Organizational Scaling: Single-handedly built the India engineering team from the ground up. I am responsible for full-lifecycle talent acquisition, technical coaching, and mentoring high-performing team/pods of engineers of varying exp levels
• Innovation Leadership: Recognized as an Amdocs Innovation Award Winner last year. I spearhead innovation practices at scale, fostering a culture of rapid prototyping and creative problem-solving within and the R&D organization (with special interest in hackathons and design thinking enablement)
• Forward Deployed Engineering: Directly embedded in critical customer pipelines to bridge the gap between core product development and real-world deployment, ensuring the product evolves based on live feedback and complex integration requirements.

• Currently leading and managing the engineering team in India for amAIz, a unique telco-grade and trusted GenAI platform that empowers CSPs to drive innovation, automate processes, and optimize decision-making. My role involves providing technical leadership and strategic direction for the team aligning with the company and product vision.

• Served as the Technical Lead for the B2BSales product within the Digital Experience Domain (DigitalOne suite), where I led an engineering team of 9 professionals with experience levels ranging from entry-level to 12 years. Our team focused specifically on managing the Proposal and Agreement domain of the business product. Apart from items in the the product roadmap, introduced and led innovation items like component level performance testing , GenAI integration to product etc.

• Working as Senior Software developer in the R&D wing of Order Handling domain of Digital Experience System. Responsible for Low level Design, High Level solution scrutiny and POCs. Also responsible for mentoring the software developers in the team, code reviews and feature ownership. My everyday work involves interacting and coordinating with Product team and Architects to ensure business and technical solutions viability and converting the said requirements to multi level test covered, clean and maintainable code with suitable Data Structures and Algorithms. I work with distributed systems at scale, writing microservices for distributed kubernetes clusters with enterprise patterns.

It is one of the latest infant stage product offerings of Amdocs which has gained quick customers and popularity. The product is an evidence to the success and current universal approval of Microservice based distributed cloud native solution architecture.

• Worked as a software developer in Mediation product in the BSS domain. Was part of a 4 person R&D ownership team which researches, designs, impliments and provides high quality solutions to over 300 accounts around the globe. Being part of a small team, we had the luxury to oversee the entire life cycle of a product in action which is usually not usually viable in a Leading product based company.
