About

Over the past three decades, from Paris to Los Angeles, via Cambridge UK and New York, and back, I have been leveraging software to help unlock business potential in various fields: financial markets with real-time trading platforms, cartoon animation with centralized asset management tools, yield management through behavioral analytics with social networks, digital art on new media, mobile app discovery with recommendation engine, mobile app monetization with innovative ad formats, and applied AI to deploy state of the art voice recognition on the edge. More recently, for the best of 3 years, I developed Scaleway, a below-the-radar cloud company to become a credible regional alternative to the major 3 cloud hyperscalers, growing the team threefold to 600 employees while operating complex change management. I am now co-founding CEO of Probabl, the scikit-learn company on a mission. As an entrepreneur, I have founded, co-founded or joined a number of startups, developing products that have reached hundreds of millions of end-users globally, often resorting to slick user interface design and offering innovative user experiences. As key shareholder, I have contributed to the growth or exit of a number of companies. As advisor, board member or angel investor, I am now tracking the progress of many more forward looking new business ventures. In Paris, I am a strong advocate of the tech ecosystem: co-founding member of France Digitale and HUB AI Paris, as well as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at INSEAD Business School.
