As a Partner at Lagrange Point, I lead the Operations Practice — working closely with Founders, Promoters, CXOs and PE/VC-backed leadership teams to help them hire strategically across Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service. What differentiates my approach is that I’ve been on the other side of the table. I spent 8.5 years as Co-founder at Bombay Shaving Company, building the brand from zero to a portfolio of 150+ products across personal care and grooming — scaling operations, setting up supply chains, and managing P&L-linked functions. I understand the pace, complexity, and nuance of building a consumer business in India. Before that, I started my career at Crompton Greaves in rural marketing, designing distribution networks across 160 districts and 21 states — a deeply hands-on experience that shaped how I view go-to-market execution in emerging markets. Post-MBA, I worked in Nigeria, setting up distribution systems for consumer categories — expanding my global lens on supply chains and market dynamics. I hold a PGDM from IIM Udaipur (2012–14) and a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from VNIT, Nagpur (2005–09). With over 13 years of experience, I now operate at the intersection of business understanding and leadership hiring. Today, I partner with high-growth companies, category leaders, and investment-backed businesses to understand their strategy, identify leadership gaps, and help build high-impact teams.
