I’m a second-time founder, building category-defining products at the intersection of AI, decision automation, and scale. Currently building Nected – an AI-native decision engine powering complex business logic and workflows at real-time scale. We help enterprises launch 5x faster, iterate 10x faster, and enable non-tech teams to seamlessly own logic that used to scattered and mostly sitting inside code. Previously, I co-founded TravelTriangle, which grew to 8M+ MAUs, 1000+ partners, and ₹1000 Cr+ in GMV. As the founding CTO, I scaled systems to 10k+ rps, built high-performing orgs across tech/product/analytics, and led our journey to becoming India’s largest holiday marketplace. TravelTriangle, co-founded by me and two of my school friends in 2012, is India’s leading online holiday marketplace connecting worldwide travelers and trusted & expert travel agents to plan and book personalized holidays. Our vision goes beyond it to be able to become a complete and comprehensive holiday eco-system for travelers to be one-stop-shop for everything travel. Below are a few of our accomplishments:
Co-built the company from scratch, making it category leader in online holiday industry with 8M+ monthly traffic (60+ NPS), 1000+ agents network, 900+ team members, 800+ Cr in annual sales with +ve contribution margin and having raised ~270 Cr in venture capital over the span of 8 years.
Hands-on Experience in managing tech and analytics systems serving 10k+ rps with 99.98% uptime through 15+ microservices deployed over 120+ Servers (at peak time including staging), and with 200 million data points being synced across our data pipelines daily.
Built high performing team from scratch to 90+ team size with right org structure/OKRs & evolving the delivery process using standard agile practices like sprints, scrum, retrospect, etc.
Responsible for defining the technical roadmap, managing budgets, facilitating business decisions, solution conceptualization, architecture & implementation of cross-platform product and technology
