• Pilot project on Research and Design of Liability Incident Database(LID) as emerging risk in the insurance market segment. Developed a plan for exponential growth of LID by capturing liability incidents, lawsuits and litigations from different legal portals and sites using web-scrapping and text mining techniques.
• Application of NLP techniques in legal textual documents and data to extract critical information pertinent in understanding causation/triggers of liability events/lawsuits.

• Lead the GIS team on the ‘Grid’ project. Grid equips users with locational intelligence at 1sq. km and follows a top to bottom approach of disaggregating socio-economic estimates (demographic profile, income distribution) using highly granular information like building densities, nightlight radiance, type of road network, point of interest, rental information etc.
• Implemented the Hub \& Spoke Model in developing a solution to tap potential of the rural markets in India. Geo-spatial clustering based on accessibility and catchment of the high potential villages was performed along with identification of the nearest towns or villages which could service as hubs for optimization of retail distribution. Facilitated gap analysis between current and predicted distribution network along with optimal route planning to cater to all the villages in a cluster in the most effective manner.
• Developed the framework and supervised project on estimation of urban population growth by using census data and time series of satellite imagery. Integrated results with ward level population forecasts to enhance legacy product NSL (Neighbourhood Skyline) for 57 major cities.
