• Currently, I manage CredForce’s contribution to the development of talent management practice around the world through the conduct of high-impact leadership building initiatives like the TMI-Wharton Fellow Programs - a joint initiative by Talent Management Institute (TMI) and The Wharton School. Notably, all TMI, TMI-Wharton Programs, businesses, knowledge, operations and other back-end processes are exclusively handled by the globally distributed offices of CredForce.
