• Drove passive talent engagement through proactive sourcing, recruitment marketing campaigns, and targeted outreach via digital channels.
• Trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication, role clarity, and timely hiring decisions across multiple functions.
• Championed candidate experience by building structured, feedback-driven processes resulting in improved engagement.
