In my previous role as the Chief HR Officer over the last 10 years in the NBFC space, I was responsible for all aspects of HR strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations. I have successfully implemented innovative HR policies and practices that align with the company's vision, values, and goals, and foster a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion. I led the HR transformation and scaled up the HR function to support the business growth and expansion.
