With over 25 years of experience in human resources management, I am a passionate strategic HR leader who loves to drives organizational excellence and change management agenda through effective employee and organisational development initiatives. In my previous role as the Chief HR Officer over the last 10 years in the NBFC space, I was responsible for all aspects of HR strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations. I have successfully implemented innovative HR policies and practices that align with the company's vision, values, and goals, and foster a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion. I led the HR transformation and scaled up the HR function to support the business growth and expansion. Have been instrumental in taking the Organization from being unranked in 2018 to be amongst India’s Top MFI and being ranked amongst Top 100 organisations in two consecutive years 2022 and 2023 wherein in 2022, the org was ranked 38th and in 2023 the org was ranked 30th by Great Place to work India (GPTW). It has also been my endeavour to upgrade my skill sets and I continued on my learning journey and immersed in the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD, one of the world's top business schools, obtained the Strengths Coach certification from Gallup, certified competency Assessment expert from Merritt and also a certified HR assessor from CII.
