This was my final graduation project. Design brief required me to bring in delight into the home buying journey of a first time home buyer. I started with the basic - "What is a dream house, given that you have all the money you want". Check the video attached.
During the process, I created a user journey map and then "user personna" which could help the product be more user-centric and can further be used to take strategic decisions in the company. Persona also helps employees from different groups to be on the same plane when having a "user need" conversation.
Finally, after understanding the platform and the product, I suggested and designed a solution.
