• Responsible for providing full life-cycle recruiting support to contract/Fulltime placement candidates in the IT field.
• Sourcing and identifying active and passive candidates through a variety of available resources such as job boards, company database, search engines, Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Screening resumes and short-listing consultants of different skill sets.
• Preparing and debriefing candidates through each stage of the interview process.
• Reviewed the Hiring Manager’s interview performance with each candidate and take appropriate action when warranted.
• Negotiating hourly rates and salary requirements for prospective consultants as well as negotiating rates on the client’s end to make sure we make an acceptable margin.
• Extended offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the Hiring Managers and within their established bill rates.
