  • Setting up milestones and tasks & using project management software such as JIRA, Asana to keep track of project progress and assign tasks to resources
  • Ushering team through daily tasks and checking if there are any roadblocks & circumvent be those if any, be part of daily stand-ups to ensure tasks are being completed on time
  • Conducting retrospectives with the project team to cheer wins for the completed phase and areas of improvement
  • Before finishing a project, ensure all deliverables are covered by the team and client approval is there on them. Writing close-out reports and sending them to stakeholders to apprise them about the impact of the endeavor
