Megha Goel is CHRO, Godrej Properties and a senior business leader with experience across various aspects of Human Resource Management. Morgan India from 2010 to 2014. As Associate Vice President, India Performance & Rewards Team, she was responsible for compensation and benefits initiatives for the India business and partnered with all business units of the bank. She has also worked at Britannia Industries and Akzo Nobel Coatings India. She has a Bachelors in Technology (Chemical) from Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai and an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, Pune.
