About

From global boardrooms to startup trenches—my 15+ years across manufacturing and PE-backed tech enterprises taught me one truth: strategy, capital, and finance must work together to scale. That belief is why I built SRF Capital Studio—to partner with founders in creating clarity, ambition, and resilience in their businesses. ____ I’ve always believed that finance is not just about numbers—it is about shaping the future of businesses. My journey spans 15+ years with two large multinationals before founding SRF Capital Studio 10 years ago. - I spent 7 years with a global manufacturing conglomerate, learning first-hand how strategy, financial discipline, and operational excellence drive scale across industries. - I then spent 8 years with a PE-funded technology services enterprise, gaining exposure to BPO, RCM, tech support, and gaming businesses. These organisations had operations in over 7 countries, giving me deep global exposure. Those experiences shaped my conviction that startups and growth companies need more than just compliance or fundraising help—they need a multidisciplinary partner who can integrate strategy, capital, and finance operations into a single growth engine. That conviction led to the creation of SRF Capital Studio, a platform designed to help founders build resilient and future-ready organisations. Each pillar of the Studio reflects a part of my journey: • Strategy → Many founders have big visions but struggle with clarity on direction. Here, we design growth playbooks, business models, and execution roadmaps that give confidence and structure to scale. • Capital → Fundraising isn’t about chasing money, it’s about building investor confidence. Our Capital Advisory practice helps founders become capital-ready, structure deals, and connect with the right investors and lenders. • Finance Office → Finance is often treated as back-office, but in reality, it is the foundation of resilience. Through Fractional CFO, FP&A, MIS, and controllership, we make finance a strategic driver of decisions and growth. Over the years, I’ve also: • Taken masterclasses for 4,000+ entrepreneurs, • Worked closely with 200+ founders, • Engaged with 12+ business models and 40+ industry segments. Alongside my role as Founder of SRF Capital Studio, I continue to work as a Fractional CFO, Venture Partner, Mentor, and Board Advisor. At the core, my firm belief—and the reason I started Capital Studio—is this: Strategy provides clarity. Capital fuels ambition. Finance builds resilience. Together, they transform organisations.
