  • Working at LexisNexis India, part of RELX Group, I was handpicked to develop the local online product from grounds up for India & Malaysia, this primarily being a customer facing & product management role involving financial management, market feasibility, vendor selection and content acquisition. Over the years, I grew from execution based roles to key decision making roles, owing to demonstrated success, promise & prowess. I was engaged in ideation, conceptualization and defining of adaptation specifications for the local online product for both India & Malaysia. The role involved extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams including content and technology to build the product. During the initial years, I conducted extensive market studies & analyzed competition intelligence to ensure customer needs are effectively addressed. I also worked tirelessly with sales & marketing teams to plan product roll out and go-to-market strategies. Content management, organic as well as inorganic was also a critical part of my role. Subsequently, I spearheaded the subsequent launch of the local online product in 2013.
  • Moving on, I was given the charge of driving derivative products along with complete ownership of the local online product. As a part of this role, I played a critical part in the release of both online and offline derivative products for the Indian Market. M & A and Licensing also forms an integral part of this role that involved scouting for possible opportunities.
  • Subsequently, in 2016 in the interim, I was given the additional charge of driving the primary law team along with the existing accountability of the online product.
