• Serve as a primary point of contact from the Account Management Team for clients based on MSP model.
• Key Industries: Information Technology, Engineering, Light Industrial, Banking & Finance, Admin/Clerical & Pharma/Life Science.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs. Handle inquiries and requests from clients and address their needs. Responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle from job posting to interview and offer negotiations.
• Organizing regular client meetings and follow up with them regularly to ensure needs are being met and to identify opportunities.
• Coordinating with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business. Generate governance reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization and discuss the same on monthly basis.
• Utilizing Applicant Tracking and Vendor Management Systems to track and monitor progress/activity such as Field Glass, Beeline, Arco XRM, IQNavigator as well as Magnit WFQ and Ceipal. Comprehensive knowledge of recruitment procedures & and policy implementations
• Collaborating on future requisitions and enhancing strategic Partnerships.
