• Current Job role under the assigned project where I am assisting consumers with their grievances related to the product & service of the India’s one of the leading automobiles company as NCH desk and act as a bridge between consumers and automobile company, attempting to mediate and resolve disputes before they escalate to formal consumer forums. As NCH Helpdesk is responsible for collecting details of consumer complaints, whether through phone, website, or other channels and help them to resolve their issues. Also, I collect data on complaints and share which is used for analysis and to inform policy and industry improvements in order to reduce the grievance against the company and improve the seamless customer service.
