I am currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. Experienced Program Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the tech and energy sectors. Most recently, I worked as a Program Manager in the Founder's Office at Battery Smart, India's largest battery swapping network, where I led strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Prior to that, I held multiple roles at Sprinklr, a leading B2B SaaS company. In the Product Management Department, I focused on improving user retention by driving the development of key products, including the Digital Customer Success platform, Email Marketing Automation Tool, and the Early Warning System (Health Indicator Model). I also spearheaded various upselling and cross-selling initiatives to enhance customer engagement and revenue growth. Later, as a Program Manager in Strategy and Operations, I led cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing business performance and operational efficiency.
