• My role as the Senior Talent Partner, I initially focused on high-volume hiring across Health Coaches, Dieticians, Pharmacists, Patient Support Specialists, and Medical Specialists, successfully making 20+ hires in the UK, Philippines and South Africa within just three months.
• For the second phase of my contract, I stepped into the Lead role for Germany, a new market for Euc, hiring across Medical Advisory, Operations, Growth, and Health Coaching while also building the hiring framework from scratch, covering role definition, talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• My role combined strategic planning with hands-on execution. Here are some of my key achievements:

• As a Senior Talent Partner, I played a key role in scaling HeliosX’s teams across the UK, all 50 states in the US, and Germany—an exciting new market. I led hiring for roles, including Head of Legal, Product Management, Product Design, Prescribers, Physicians, CRM Managers, Paid Social & Search, UX Researchers, and Business Medical Advisors.

• Brought in as a specialist Product Talent Partner, I was tasked with building out PatSnap’s Product and Data leadership teams, hiring across Director/C-level and Manager/IC roles. Originally a six-month contract, my success in securing top hires led to an extension, allowing me to scale the team until a dedicated hiring function was in place.
• Partnering directly with the Founder in Singapore, I hired a Director of Product, then developed a hiring strategy, recruiting Product Directors, Product Managers, Data Analysts, UX Researchers, and Product Designers at all levels.
• As the only Product Talent Partner, I drove end-to-end hiring at pace, combining strategic planning with hands-on sourcing and headhunting to build a team in a hyper growth environment.

• Working directly with the CPO and CTO, I played a key role in scaling the Product & Engineering team from just 4 to over 230 across multiple regions. I led the hiring of more than 100 Schibsters across Product & Tech in the UK, Spain, Sweden, and Norway, while also implementing a new ATS (Lever) to streamline recruitment processes. Alongside this, I mapped the market, sourced, and engaged diverse talent to build a strong candidate pipeline, ensuring a seamless hiring experience from initial screening to onboarding. My role combined strategic hiring, process optimisation, and hands-on sourcing, enabling the team to scale effectively in a fast-growing, competitive market.
