Working in the field of Product, strategy, analytics and marketing, I have developed a wide array of interests and strengths which includes growth hacking/ digital marketing in the B2C product industry with demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects while navigating through a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment. Besides this I am responsible for leading strategic initiatives, identifying new revenue streams, preparing launch plans, determining release goals, and prioritizing features, strategy for new product development, go to market strategy in Secured lending sector. I post-graduated from UBS Chandigarh in April 2018, with a degree in management and a specialization in International Business with key interests in Product strategy, Product management , Technology strategy and Marketing management. Before MBA I had 2 years of experience with Aricent in wireless technologies domain, my key responsibilities there were product integration, product deployment, client demonstrations and presales activities. Category Head - STPL & Credit cards

  • In this role I took up the assignment of building STPL category which was undeserved in fintech marketplace space. I was able to analyze the market potential by calculating the market size and competetion share precisely.
  • In an underserved segment I was able place the strategic bets and to align internal efforts to build product and business modal to solve customer problems and make it easy to match supply with demand. Within a span of 6 months I was able to scale topline by 20x and build this into a self sustainable recurring revenue stream.
  • While leading credit card vertical I solved for busines pain points from P&L prospective. We built various analytical modals to get the right product to right consumer and through the right medium to increase the process efficiency and conversion rates. This helped in getting right customers into right funnels wherein it lead to partner delight as they were able to source right portfolio at the same time it lead to customer delight as they were presented with right product with higher chances of approval matching their credit needs at the same time by getting least spammed by digital marketers.
