Mr. Gaikwad has championed Cybersecurity Services, empowering enterprise and consumer customers, and his channel incentive models have motivated over 500 partners globally, including Tier 1 partners like IBM, Wipro, TCS, TechM, Accenture, TATA Communications, HPE , DXC Technologies, Big 4, etc. His expertise has helped clients from various sectors, including Government/PSU/BFSI , Energy & Utilities, Telecom, Pharmaceutical, IT/ITES, etc. As a thought leader, he was invited by SCIT- Symbiosis Center for Information Technology, Pune, as a Guest Speaker to deliver the Keynote session 2021 on “Role of Digital Evidence in Cyber Crime”. Mr. Gaikwad is also the founder of the NGO “NYRA Foundation”, dedicated to empowering the underprivileged. Through his initiatives, he has been working tirelessly to uplift rural communities and the next generation. He has been associated with various NGOs, ensuring that students with potential receive the necessary support and opportunities. Mr. Gaikwad has launched events and programs in rural Maharashtra, impacting over 500 girls and boys. He is currently working with schools in districts across Maharashtra and Jammu & Kashmir to provide quality education, better facilities, and guidance. He has also taken initiatives to promote girl child education and change societal mindsets. Furthermore, he is working to establish telecom/internet connectivity in remote villages, bridging the digital divide and spreading education. Mr. Gaikwad’s contributions have been recognized through several awards, including Karamveer Chakra from United Nation ( U.N.) “cyber in tribal” movement to digitalised rural areas

  • Cyber in tribal is a concept that we have designed to bring digitalization, strong electricity, telephone connections, and computer systems in the tribal zone,” he says. Adding further, he shares that they will also provide people with knowledge and educate them about new tech while providing job opportunities. However, he highlights three key elements of this project.
  • Cyber Kendra: These centres will be set up across tribal areas, where consultations about technology and how to use it will be provided. They will also teach them various ways to simplify their life.
  • Cyber Training: Here, technical and cyber training for school teachers, college professors, and educated youth about cyber security will be provided, and solutions to get out of cybercrimes and how to protect their community against these crimes will also be taught.
  • Digital Maidan: A garden-like space will be created with free WiFi, a digital open library, Xerox machines etc., so that kids can come, read a book, make a copy if they want and take it with them. This will enable kids to have full access to knowledge at their fingertips.
