Started off my journey as an RC, where-in my sole responsibilities were into coordination and then grew up to be a Recruiter, helped Ninjacart's tech grow from its initial phase of setting up teams from scratch to 50+ member team. At Udaan, I was focusing on bringing a change in the recruitment process, by not just hiring the usual way - But by defining the meaning of an Engineer! So I was basically a Talent Partner who helps the Senior Management in following the best practices in recruitment. Here at CRED I am a Talent Partner who is focussing on building a team that drives innovation and works on products that are in early stages of inception. Building the community behind CRED that emphasises on transparency and trust that we all believe in. Joined back-to-back start-up's to gain rich recruitment experience and to understand that Recruitment in technology is beyond just hiring engineer's.
