I started out on local basketball courts, chasing jumpers and ended up chasing a mission. In 2016, I founded The Coach Crew to solve a simple but overlooked problem: how do you find a great coach near you, one you can trust? What began as a grassroots effort to connect athletes and coaches has since grown into a much larger ambition — to transform how India plays, learns, and stays active. At present, as COO & Partner at Spolto, I'm working to build India’s most trusted platform for grassroots sport and active living. We’re solving for trust in local coaching — across homes, schools, and workplaces. If you’re working in sports, wellness, education or tech, I’m always up for conversations on building, scaling, or reimagining how people move and engage with sport.
