• 1. Initiates alternatives in Sourcing to generate larger pools of suitable candidates at all times.
• 2. Continuously works towards meeting and exceeding targets that relates to the Business Leads generated, number of candidates placed, Client’s billed amounts and payment collections as per the Contract terms.
• 3. Works with Recruiting Teams and supports them by knowledge sharing and appropriate information with respect to the Market and Candidate pool.
• 4. Performs other job related tasks as reasonably directed from time to time by the Associate Director of NIIDA HR PROFESSIONALS.
• Key Result Areas:
• 1. Developing and maintaining a ready pool of pre-screened candidates through all available sourcing means at all times.
• 2. Achieving the set sales revenue and net sales contribution targets agreed with the Associate Director.
• 3. Target Company Identification - maintain a list of potential target companies for the particular job type in order to generate new business opportunities.
