As an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition at Swiggy, I lead a team of five dedicated professionals responsible for driving end-to-end hiring across key non-tech verticals. My focus includes overseeing Dineout hiring across India, recruitment for the Food Marketplace in the North, East, and Central regions, and managing the National Accounts Team hiring. I also handle Driver’s Org NEC hiring and recruit talent up to the leadership level, ensuring that each role aligns with our strategic vision and goals. With a total of four years of experience in talent acquisition, I have worked across both tech and non-tech domains. I have managed mid-to-senior level hiring for engineering, product, and design roles and have extensive experience in non-tech volume hiring, particularly for sales, corporate, and operations positions. I currently handle hiring for Dineout, Food Marketplace, NAT, Driver’s Org, SteppinOut, and new initiatives.
