• Worked as a part of the ‘Products’ work stream for setting up of a Payments Bank which would have more than 150,000 customer access points and 300,000 agents. Worked on identifying innovative products, customer journeys and product roadmap including enablement of payment systems such as RTGS, Immediate payments (IMPS), New age payments (UPI) etc.
• Worked with one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world to design and implement a portfolio reporting process, addressing the strategic delivery and business commitments of the Group Chief Data Officer
• Laid out the non-cash payments landscape within 3 countries for a client who is a is a major ATM and Payments processing service provider for Banks across both cash and non-cash businesses. Forecasted payments revenues across all instruments and use cases to create a ‘where-to-play’ framework for the client. Jointly worked with the client through multiple workshops to identify the key payment opportunities and white-spaces across the three countries
• Key member of the Payments team at Deloitte, India. Co-authored a point of view on innovative and upcoming payment technologies and products in India
