  • In December 2021, Sirona was acquired by The Good Glamm Group (G3), which had previously acquired multiple brands, media platforms, and influencer networks. As the Sirona team was transitioning to G3 and the founders were moving out, select team members, including myself, were given the additional opportunity to work on other G3 brands.
  • I had the privilege of working with St. Botanica, a wellness brand specializing in haircare, skincare, and wellness products.
  • Key contributions during my tenure were:
  • ✅ Refining brand positioning for stronger market appeal
  • ✅ Conducting extensive market research to derive new product development opportunities
  • ✅ Leading COGS reduction & product formulation improvement projects to improve profitability
  • ✅ Applying Sirona learnings to scale D2C & marketplace growth for St. Botanica
