Postgraduate in Management Studies with specialization in Human Resource from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, which is ranked next to Jamnalal Bajaj for its Management programs affiliated to Mumbai University. It is one of the top 25 management schools in India. I have completed my bachelor’s Degree in Automobile engineering from M.H. Saboo Siddik College of engineering, which is affiliated to Mumbai University. I am Gold Medalist of Mumbai University (Automobile engineering) and Institute topper (Sydenham institute of Management studies during MMS HR program). I have got total experience of more than 14 years as HR business partner with Fortune 500 companies such as Asian Paints, Novartis, Tata Motors and Bharat Petroleum corporation Limited (BPCL). Currently I am heading the HR for the west region in Tata Motors. Earlier, I was working with PPG Asian Paints as Country HR Business Partner and lead Talent Acquisition. In that role I was handling a team of 3 HR professional and taking care of employee life cycle management for 700+ employees. In addition, i was heading Talent Acquisition for entire company including 3 plants and 2 R & D set ups. Prior to PPG Asian Paints I was working with Novartis India Limited ( Sandoz division) as Senior HR Business partner and led the HR and IR for entire Production unit at Kalwe site, catering to more than 600 employees. In this role, I was working as a Strategic HR partner and leading the end-to-end employee life-cycle management. Prior to Novartis, I was working with Tata Motors Limited (India's largest Automobile manufacturer) as HR Business partner ( Sales HR) and led the HR for West region of Commercial vehicle Business unit, catering to more than 500 employee. In this role, I led the end-to-end employee lifecycle management and was responsible for Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee engagement, Talent Management, Capability development, Rewards & Recognition and employee relations. I started my career as Management trainee with Bharat Petroleum, which is a fortune 500 oil refining, exploration and marketing PSU with Navratna status. During this stint of around 6 years, I have handled Sales HPBP role for 4 years and plant Corporate HR role for 2 years.
