I’ve always loved solving problems. It started with my Dadaji, who was my first teacher. He would challenge me with old math riddles, and solving them became my favourite thing to do. That’s how I grew up—thinking, solving, and learning. At Seva Bharti school, I mastered Vedic math and learned the art of “jugaad”—finding creative and simple ways to tackle tough problems. Whether it was solving 76×53 in seconds or figuring out real-life shortcuts, this mindset shaped how I approach challenges today. At IIT Delhi, my curiosity found a whole new playground. I explored endless opportunities, always asking, “Yeh kya hai?” In college, I co-founded an NGO, received an award from the then-MHRD minister, and set the foundation for my journey. After my first job, I took a leap and started my startup. It didn’t work out, but it taught me something even more valuable—what not to do. That failure became one of my biggest learning experiences and pushed me to understand myself better. It took me nearly 5 years of working across different roles to finally figure out the field where I truly enjoy working and where I can make the most impact. Over the years, I’ve worked with various companies, helping them grow and building systems that drive impact. Now, at GroMo, I help new partners take their first step—earning their first income—and grow steadily. By combining simple strategies with AI, I make their journey smarter, helping them succeed faster and better. For me, it’s always been about solving problems, finding simple solutions, and helping others grow along the way.
