At Best Group, a diversified conglomerate with operations across India and Europe, I conceived and established the DSI (Digitisation, Strategy & Innovation) vertical, mapping digital initiatives to business growth. Together, we are spearheading the Group’s digital transformation journey, driving change across manufacturing, services, and corporate domains: Digitally transforming four product-centric manufacturing units, enabling a B2C ecosystem and linking product lifecycle data from shop floor to customer. Digitising a 20+ year-old service-based B2C company, infusing digital workflows and data-driven decision systems to elevate customer experience.
