Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Full Recruitment life cycle
2. Possess strong technical/business acumen and understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and experience sourcing prospective candidates and excellent candidate assessment skills.
3. Handling initial round of HR interview in order to judge the candidates suitability, Attitude, Academic & professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc, before forwarding it to the client.
4. Scheduling interviews (face to face/ telephonic) with the technical panel of respective organizations.
5. Coordinating with the client for feedback and accordingly communicate to the candidates.
6. Involved in salary negotiation with the candidates and monitoring till joining.
7. Maintain the entire database for future references, generating and sending various daily, weekly & monthly reports to reporting Manager.
