  • I assumed full responsibility for the Profit and Loss (P&L) aspect of eMandi. This included managing budget allocations, tracking financial performance, and making strategic decisions to optimize revenue streams and operational costs.

  • To ensure the success of eMandi, I played a pivotal role in various key areas:
  • Product: I oversaw the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to implementation, ensuring the platform aligned with the market's demands.
