With over 20 years of experience in HR and TA, I am a co-founder and human capital partner at HRXcelerate, a start-up that helps clients scale up their teams and people practices. I have a track record of building teams from ground up and taking organizations from zero to one by designing and implementing various talent strategies and initiatives at a global level. My core competencies include managing teams, building enterprise-wide People strategies including internal mobility, competency framework, EVP, employee experience, diversity, equity, and inclusion, goal setting, and performance management.
