• Negotiate salary and benefits on behalf of client.
• Schedule in person / Telephonic (onsite / phone) interviews between candidate and client.

• 11. Investigate all first aid cases, Near- Misses and accidents and take corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of the same.
• 12. Advice on the maintenance of such records as is necessary relating to accidents, dangerous occurrences and occupational diseases.
• 13. Organize in association with the concerned departments, campaigns, competitions, contests to enhance safety culture in the organization.
• 14. Design and conduct in collaboration with the Execution team, suitable training and educational programmes for the prevention of accidents in the premises.
