• I am serving as the head of technology strategy and services organization for the Institutional Investor Group (IIG) technology organization, supporting Vanguard’s $2+ Trillion retirement and recordkeeping business. My organization is responsible for developing technology strategy, shared capabilities, data engineering, and delivery of a large technology portfolio. I lead a 250+ FTE organization comprising software engineers, data engineers & architects.

• I am responsible for developing & delivering product-centric Architecture, Solution Consulting, Modernization Program Management & Cloud Engineering functions, enabling full-stack teams with contemporary technology patterns & tools while reducing their cognitive load and increasing focus on business outcomes. • Served as the head of technology strategy and services organization for the Financial Advisor Service (FAS) and Institutional Investor Group (IIG) technology organization, supporting Vanguard’s two intermediary businesses representing $5+ Trillion of Vanguard's total assets under management.
• Highlights:
• As Head of Intermediary Strategy & Services, I drove future-state exploration of wealth management and custody strategy development for two intermediary businesses. My shared service organization enabled a data-driven, modern engineering organization with a focus shifting from reactionary to proactive value generation and adoption of contemporary engineering practices. I led the development of a true Cloud-native B2B intermediary platform to accelerate firm's BtoB wealth management agenda.
• As Technology Head for JustInvest acquisitions, led tech evaluation and post-merger technology integration in less than 12 months, building a strategy to optimize the startup's agility with our enterprise technology and security standards. Engaged with the JustInvest CEO as a strategic advisor to assimilate the business and developed a multi-year tech strategy to scale and expand across multiple lines of business.

• Leading a large engineering organization with close to 150 full-stack engineers, architects, solutions consultants, designers, and product owners, I was responsible for building and scaling Vanguard’s intermediary business's digital and first-ever homegrown SaaS Advice platforms. Under my purview were capital budget and project management, product design, engineering, MVP development, commercial go-to market launch, and product management for the B2B Digital Advisory Business and Digital Advice product.
• Built the Cloud-Native Microservice/SaaS-based B2B Digital Advice platform in less than 9 months with embedded usage analytics for insights on adoption, friction points, use cases, and feature road mapping.
• Used a 100% Agile approach to full stack development and modernized practices using DevOps and Lean (CD/CD - Continuous Discovery/Continuous Delivery) that have been adopted as the Gold Standard within the organization for product-centric, data-driven development practices.
