Having delivered in leadership roles for more than a decade, I have gained valuable exposure in to multiple domains. After delivering exceptional results in my assignment as Regional HRBP heading the HR, IR, and Admin functions of all manufacturing locations of John Deere India, I have now taken up a new assignment with the company to lead Human Resources function as Regional HRBP - Technology and IT at our Technology center in Pune. My journey with this exceptional organization started in 2007. I am adept at managing the company’s multi-entity, and complex engagement model with 4000+ headcount and 05 vertically aligned business divisions including acquired entities, which are put to work together in the Indian Subcontinent with strong alignment with global counterparts. Academically, I am a Graduate in Commerce, and holds a Master’s Degree in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare; have also completed Executive General Management Program with the prestigious IIM-Bangalore. Outside of work, I am a husband and father to a tween and a teenager. My family comes from the Indian Air force background.
