Prior to John Deere, I have been employed at large manufacturing set-ups at TATA TOYO RADIATORS LTD., SUZLON GENERATORS PVT. LTD, MINDA HUF LTD, EATON HYDRAULICS & RINDER INDIA PVT. LTD. Academically, I am a Graduate in Commerce, and holds a Master’s Degree in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare; have also completed Executive General Management Program with the prestigious IIM-Bangalore. I thrive in an environment that is results-driven, dynamic and where employee success in alignment with organizational success, collaboration, and agility is highly valued. Outside of work, I am a husband and father to a tween and a teenager. My family comes from the Indian Air force background. I keep myself occupied with Badminton, playing percussion, riding super bikes, Philanthropic activities & am an avid reader.
