As the President of Customer Experience for Google Cloud’s global, multi-billion-dollar commercial business, I lead customer-facing teams – including Strategic Customer Experiences (EBCs, innovation centers), Strategic Accounts, Global Solutions & Industries, Global Customer Engineering, Global Partner Ecosystem & Channels, and Google Cloud Consulting & Learning Services. I am focused on helping customers go from idea to business value as quickly as possible. I have extensive experience building and scaling teams across cloud services, software, and hardware, and have built a diverse career spanning engineering, product management, marketing, and sales. Previously, I was the Corporate Vice President for Commercial Solutions at Microsoft. In that role, I built and owned the end-to-end go-to-market plan for the commercial segment (enterprise, corporate, and SMB); led solution selling for all Microsoft products; and drove incubation of new products and managed Microsoft’s more than 150 innovation centers worldwide. I also held other senior roles at Microsoft, such as Corporate Vice President, Modern Work and Security; General Manager of Chief of Staff for Microsoft Global Sales and Marketing; and General Manager, Growth, Microsoft Office. Before joining Microsoft, I worked at telecom leader Nortel for more than ten years.
