As Corporate Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Microsoft Americas, I am accountable for commercial strategy, operating model, and P&L performance across a multi-billion-dollar region spanning the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. I lead a global organization of 1,800 people driving execution across 12,000 sellers and 1,000 partners to unlock and accelerate growth. Throughout my career, I have led large, complex organizations through growth, transformation, and competitive change—connecting strategy to execution at scale. Over 35 years at Microsoft, HPE, and Unilever, my work has centered on building operating models that fuel performance. This includes leading digital transformation and embedding AI as a core business capability through disciplined execution, change management, and measurable outcomes. Recognized among CRN’s Most Powerful Women of the Channel and a frequent speaker at events such as the Fortune COO Summit, I enjoy mentoring leaders and advising organizations navigating change. I’m actively pursuing board opportunities where I can apply my expertise in revenue strategy, operational transformation, and enterprise AI.
