• Internal movement from MMT after merger, I led revenue for Goibibo Hotels. In this role, I help the $500M hotels business achieve growth and profitability.
• 1) Led the building of dynamic pricing. Over 5M pricing optimizations every day using our ML models led to daily savings of INR 5 Cr by the brand.
• 2) Identified the right loopholes in the pricing strategies. During my tenure, Goibibo hotels grew by 35%.
• 3) Identifying the right promotional campaigns and working cross product, marketing functions to help execute. Wallet credit based IPL campaigns with Mumbai Indians, RCB and CSK were the prime highlights.

• Built and led the community team at MakeMyTrip for our alternate accommodation product, Rightstay. Top highlights of the role were:
• a) Was instrumental in the Tourism ministry drafting India's alternate accommodation policy. Worked closely with tourism ministries in different states for this.
• b) Forged partnerships for MakeMyTrip with 9 state tourism departments for increased publi policy participation.
• c) Built the first alternate accommodation market in country. Our community of 10000+ hosts had homestay owners, villas, castles and rural home owners.
