This dependence includes relying on skill inventories, resumes, degrees, past job roles, etc. Job-based talent deployment, however, leads to cost inefficiency, limited internal mobility, generic career development, high turnover rates, and other inefficiencies, often leading to misaligned talent. With GenAI, embracing Job-Based Talent Deployment got further expedited. At iMocha, we are at war against Job-Based Talent Deployment. As the CEO, I am helping build and deploy iMocha's Skills intelligence solution to transform how organizations view and manage skills to create an effective workforce.
