. I am an electronics engineer (B.E) and management professional from IIM Bangalore. Its been a fortunate experience to work with organizations such as SIEMENS (medical equipment) from Sales engineer to Area Manager, Idea Cellular as Business manager, AIRTEL as Zonal business manager to Head CSD (Customer Service Delivery), Times of India group in e-commerce as Business Head ( 3 verticals) and CCEO ( Chief customer experience officer), Reliance Jio -Vice president (Health, Cloud, Enterprise sales and business). 2 I have won a number of accolades and awards for People, Process, and business efficiency across my workplaces. Many of my innovations are Best Practices across organizations in India and Overseas. (Would prefer to discuss this in person). 3 Currently I work at MIT-WPU University as Director- Industry Partnership under CIAP (Center for Industry-Academia Partnership). The objective is opportunities for Students and Faculty to learn and grow. c.. Industry-ready Students: Creating a school-wise Industry Advisory Board to review and change curriculum(dynamic) as per the requirements of respective industries. Constituting an expert panel for Guest Lectures, Industry visits, and CXO meets to name a few. d. Career Services: Ensuring 100%Internship and registered students for Placements. We currently have more than 1500 companies of repute coming for Campus Recruitment and have more than 250 Active MoUs signed.
