• Part of the core team building world's first AMM driven prediction market to predict the future price of cypto assets, currently live on Ethereum. PlotX aims to simplify DeFi and bring out the "wisdom of the crowds", while building a community-driven, open and highly liquid prediction market protocol.
• My role as a Product Hacker (~ Product Manager) was to solve challenges for community growth, product development, legals and token value appreciation to make sure the product can move to the next level.
• Currently, the product is live on the Ethereum mainnet (app.plotx.io) with over 13k users and over 20k community members connected with across the globe. The native token $PLOT (ERC-20) is currently listed on Uniswap and BitMax.io with a market cap of ~$40mil post the $3mil fund raise round.
• Day-to-day stuff: Aligning marketing and tech resources, stakeholder management (investors, founders, team, community, advisors etc), designing and executing of new campaigns, etc
• Big picture stuff: Product management, feature discovery, token model/UX re-iterations etc

• Developed a thought leadership document “Business Intelligence for Smart Supply Chains” suggesting best practices and benefits for transforming supply chains from passive to active

• Somish Blockchain Labs is India's premier venture studio builder with a deep specialization in DeFi, Blockchain & Smart Contract Auditing. Since 2016, they've delivered award-winning solutions to Fortune 500 companies, Governments, startups, and decentralized applications all over the world.
• As a Solutions Delivery Analyst, my role was to gather business intelligence, perform process re-mapping for various client specific projects in conjunction with the technical team to deliver cutting-edge custom solutions.
• Some interesting projects I have been fortunate to contribute on:
• Worked on a World Bank backed project in collaboration with the Government of Chhattisgarh, to develop a citizen centric (G2C) ‘Proactive Governance’ model leveraging Blockchain technology for public service deliveries
• Designed a smart integrated emergency response and dispatch solution for Bhopal Smart City mission under grant by the Institute of Developmental Studies (IDS), UK allowing for data sharing via ICCC by different public departments
• Involved in the development of Nexus Mutual, which offers a peer to peer alternative to Insurance. Built using Ethereum blockchain, the live product currently offers smart contract insurance with the AUM of ~$100Mil
• Actively involved in the development of a turn key solution for integrated supply chains; which allows all stakeholders to be brought on a single unified platform in order to increase visibility and efficiency while promoting a single version of truth via DLT
• Studied as-is processes and developed to-be solutions along with business process mapping for various clients, including Fortune 500 companies in varied industries to deliver performance improvement

• MyGov is the citizen engagement platform of the Government of India, housed under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology.
• As a part of the research and the content team, I was able to work on a varied suite of projects:
• Compiled a report for the honorable Prime Minister’s Office analyzing the impact of government policies (post-2014) on the annual savings of Indian households by studying key performance indexes from various public data repositories
• Contributed to the development of Self4Society portal, launched by the Honorable Prime Minister in Oct, 2018 where organizations and individuals, can connect and collaborate for social change
• Conducted a Business Process Reengineering study for CERSAI, recommended a permissioned Blockchain based distributed data registry model to ensure minimal redundancies and increased efficiency in maintenance of ledgers of securitized assets
