Product management practitioner with 11+ years of experience launching and scaling products across Fintech, Healthcare, Food Delivery and Gaming. Having worked at the intersection of user growth and product management, I’ve also been lucky to start my own company twice (PM School and ThatFoodCo). Major learning here was the integrating journeys for Mutual Funds, Diagnostics, and Health Insurance while growing awareness via paid and organic channels for our new-to-market brands in a saturated/competitive market. Previously at Swiggy, as a Senior PM on the Growth team, I led acquisition and renewal products for Swiggy One, with our Loyalty charter contributing 22K+ incremental daily orders. The 3 main Swiggy One objectives we accomplished were launching a 3P couponing engine, running impactful A/B tests, and improving core metrics like cart conversion (One tap add on Food cart) for membership subscriptions’ adoption and higher market share. At Games24x7 (RummyCircle), I worked on retention and monetization projects in the online gaming space. My team improved D28 retention, D14 ARPU, shipping RC Lite (achieving breakeven in 6 months), and optimizing first-time user conversion. We also reduced customer support overhead by 15% along-with enhanced attribution via Appsflyer migration. Earlier, I was fortunate enough to PM Chat & SDK product teams at Haptik.ai, scaling the live chat experience to 33+ enterprises with 2-minute FRT and building middleware to unlock $90K+ ARR clients. Major highlight of my career is co-founding PM School, a part-time edtech venture with 28 successful cohorts and 750+ PM graduates, eventually acquired by NextLeap.
