At Games24x7 (RummyCircle), I worked on retention and monetization projects in the online gaming space. My team improved D28 retention, D14 ARPU, shipping RC Lite (achieving breakeven in 6 months), and optimizing first-time user conversion. We also reduced customer support overhead by 15% along-with enhanced attribution via Appsflyer migration. Earlier, I was fortunate enough to PM Chat & SDK product teams at Haptik.ai, scaling the live chat experience to 33+ enterprises with 2-minute FRT and building middleware to unlock $90K+ ARR clients. Major highlight of my career is co-founding PM School, a part-time edtech venture with 28 successful cohorts and 750+ PM graduates, eventually acquired by NextLeap. I’ve built 0→1 products across industries - Mental wellness apps (1M+ downloads), FMCG D2C (sold in 24 states), and InsureTech platforms for B2B clients in MENA.
