• Payer Analytics; Understanding payer landscape for client's therapy areas; Managed & improvised their Spine bridge, a bridge created from the overlap of datasets from DRG & IQVIA, to capture the best Access.

• Got to work with Fortune 500 pharma firms (US/EU markets), across business verticals, providing data-driven insights. Some of the projects I've contributed to:
• Designed & engineered a supply planning solution for planning & optimizing demand & supply (while minimizing scrappage) at different stages during the life cycle of some of the client's blockbuster drugs in the Oncology market. The solution helped reduce dependency on the planners, for the senior management to supervise quarterly planning, potentially saving $2M annually
• Designed a complete taxonomy of business processes in the healthcare sector using a standard framework that allows organizations to track and compare performance internally and externally with other organizations in the healthcare industry. This solution was later leveraged by other clients to maximize on productivity
• Designed an advanced launch planner to track different activities/events linked to the client's new product launches. The solution was designed to handle drug launches across indications & markets (US/EU/Japan)
• Successfully delivered several automation-based solutions for clients, from extracting relevant data to identifying & tracking performance metrics for their drugs. Also, overlooked operations post-execution
