• Focused on Incubator Capacity Building, offering an integrated, customised curriculum designed especially for incubator managers in the Indian context. Inspired by the best practices of Incubators in the Silicon Valley, VentureBaseCamp helped incubators improve their skills through training and experiential workshops as well as worked to create investment ready startups by up-skilling entrepreneurs using a blended learning program.
• My work focused on building partnerships in the startup ecosystem, promoting the vision of VentureBasecamp in the incubator community and implementing trainings.
