I didn’t start my career in tech. My first professional role was in private banking, managing UHNW portfolios at Standard Chartered and later at HDFC. Those years taught me the art of trust, relationship-building, and how to speak the language of the C-suite. As I spent more time with CXOs, I began to see something bigger. The future of BFSI and large enterprises wasn’t just in financial products - it was in transformation. Technology was quietly reshaping how employees worked, how customers engaged, and how institutions operated. I knew I wanted to be on the side driving that change, not just watching it happen. That’s what pulled me into SaaS. At Darwinbox, I combined my BFSI domain depth with technology, helping scale the company’s HCM platform across India. I worked closely with BFSI majors and conglomerates, closing marquee accounts and expanding into new industries. Over four years, I learned what it really takes to build credibility with large enterprises and scale new-age solutions across complex organizations. Today, at ServiceNow, I bring together my banking roots, SaaS growth leadership, and the power of AI. My focus is on helping India’s largest banks and conglomerates reimagine workflows - whether it’s shared services, workplace transformation, or AI-powered augmentation. I spend most of my time with CIOs, CHROs, and transformation leaders, co-creating strategies that simplify complexity, enhance experiences, and deliver measurable outcomes. Looking back, the thread through my career has been consistent. From managing wealth portfolios to driving SaaS growth, it’s always been about listening first and solving next.
