  • I started my career with UTi as Head of HR & Training for India operations with a then headcount of 750+ employees PAN India and in less than a year my role got expanded geographically to include Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. When I left, UTi Indian Sub Continent was 1500 plus workforce. As a Head of HR & Training and a part of the Operating Board of the company for Indian Subcontinent, I am involved in all facets of the People function across multi cultural geographies of the Indian Subcontinent.
